Yes. Creating your profile and getting on your lake page costs nothing — no card required. A free profile shows your photo, bio, brokerage, the lakes and towns you work, and a link to your website — but not your phone, email, or social links. Your contact details and socials on your profile, matched leads, featured placement, and area priority come with a paid plan ($9+) when you're ready to turn them on.
Do I have to leave my brokerage?
No. We're a directory and matchmaking service, not a brokerage. You stay exactly where you are, keep your license and your team, and keep working the way you already do.
Do you take a commission or referral fee?
Never. We don't touch your deals. Every dollar you close is yours — there's no split and no referral cut on anything that comes through the site.
How do leads work — will I get spammed?
